Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange Policy:

If the garment you purchased doesn’t fit or isn’t the right size, we’ll happily exchange it for you within 7 days of delivery.

You can exchange your item for another product or opt for a lifetime-valid credit note.

Steps for Size Exchange:

  1. Email your exchange request to customer.totsnweaves@gmail.com with the subject line: 'EXCHANGE - [Name on the Order] - [Order Number]'.
  2. In your email, include the item and size you received, the product and size you’d like to exchange it for, and the reason for the exchange.
  3. Once we receive these details, our team will provide the return address. Please ship the item back to us with the same details enclosed in the package. Don’t forget to include a note with your order number inside the parcel. (Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.)
  4. After receiving the item, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, your replacement will be dispatched or a credit note for the same value will be issued within 24 hours (excluding weekends).
  5. If the returned item does not meet our exchange criteria, we reserve the right to decline the exchange.

Please Note: Exchanges are only facilitated once per item.
